As a first time homebuyer, the process of buying a home was strenuous and stressful. "Before I hired Candace Foster to sell my house, I like many others homeowners went through the naive thought of selling my home on my own. However, after she took the time to meet with me and very thoroughly explain all the challenges and legal requirements for a successful home sale these days, I was convinced she had the experience and real estate knowledge needed to sell my home. Boy was I right!

Right out of the gate, Candace did all the in-depth research to accurately price my home. This is a crucial part of a home sale and is not as easy as going to a website and clicking around. Oh no...there is much more research involved when analyzing other comparable homes. She took the time to do this extensive research and she also took the time to physically drive by all the homes that could be used as a comparable when assessing my homes value. All this in an effort for an accurate listing price. She did all this before the listing agreement was even signed. What professionalism!

Needless to say I was not disappointed when I signed the listing agreement and she sold my house in just a few days for a full and fair price!

Now for the follow up after the sales contract was signed. She saw to every detail of the transaction... escrow, title, disclosures, repairs, inspections, appraisal, loan documents, etc. Candace made sure they were all handled in a timely manner. Every bump in road was quickly paved over by her perseverance!

Now even though she had several transactions going at the same time, she made me feel like I was the one getting all the attention and I have no doubt her other clients felt the same way. Our house closed escrow on Friday and my wife and I could not be happier!

But there is bit more to this happy ending... You see Candace did all this professional work for me and from what I could see, she gave all this fair, professional and ethical service to the buyer also. You bet I will use her again and refer her to my friends and family for any real estate needs!

P.S. She did all this with the most delightful and humorous personality you’ll ever fine in a real estate agent. A real pleasure to be around. Candace Foster is an absolute real estate gem!
